Refund, Return, and Dispute Policy

At BARA, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent experience for our customers. Below, you will find the details of our Refund and Dispute Policy.

Refund Policy:

Product Sales:

BARA offers refunds for unopened products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Process:

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within the applicable time frame (7 days for products) with proof of purchase. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Services:

Refunds are not available for services once they have been rendered. We recommend reviewing all service details before booking to ensure they meet your needs.

If you believe a service was not provided as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion to discuss potential resolutions.

Dispute Resolution:

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a purchase, product, or service, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

To initiate a dispute, please contact our store manager on the ground floor with a detailed explanation of your concern. We will review the issue and work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, we may refer the matter to the board of directors for resolution as appropriate.

Important Notes:

- As a small organization, we are unable to offer refunds outside the guidelines outlined above.

- All refund and dispute inquiries must be made in writing (via email or our contact form) or in person and include proof of purchase or service completion.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or dispute resolution if the above terms and conditions are not met.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued member of the BARA community.
